In cognitive science, embodied cognition theory holds that, cognition requires a physical interaction in a body. Meaning, that awareness is the senso-motoric coordination that happens in the essence of an acting agent.
All aspects of cognition are shaped by aspects of the body, the same way bodily states influence mental states. Postures that are adopted for whatever reasons, affect cognition and emotionalism, and therefore determine life-quality. Manoeuvring the body, easily allows us to shift mental states towards superior performance. I dedicate my time on earth to master this superpower.
If this will lead to global peace? We will see.
